Do you want to return the product?

You can easily return it without charge and get your money back. The product should be in original condition. So that you can be entirely sure about your purchase, we offer a 365-day return policy. No return form is necessary as all the information we need is already on the sticker. It could take up to 7 business days for the return to be registered.


1. Put the product in its original packaging and/or in a plastic bag and close it.
2. Attach the return label on the parcel.
3. Drop off your return or order pick up as per below
a) UPS, drop off the return to a UPS Access point together with the three (3) copies of enclosed proforma invoices.
b) DHL Express Worldwide, contact DHL Express at (https://mydhl.express.dhl) or call 0844 248 0844 to book your pickup. When booking, use the Waybill number stated on your return label.
4. When we have received the product in original condition, we will refund you.
5. If you want to make an exchange, make a new order on the website.

Change of product

If you want to make an exchange, just place a new order and return the other product for a refund.
